We assist with daily programs, food distribution, senior mentorship, and more.

In 2020-2022, We provided:
- over 1200 food deliveries, hot and grocery items
- assisted with HRA Services to over 450 elders
Hosted over twelve social events at Senior lead facilities

Mentoring individuals on employment goals such as employment search, resume building, interview preparation, and continuing education.

From 2020 to date, we trained over 700 individuals on searching for employment opportunities, resume building, and a successful full interview. Currently, 36% of those individuals acquired employment the first time out. 24% were successful during their second interview. 25% were successful with their third interview. Other trainees reevaluated their goals and went on to further their education.

We provide Services and Support for children and adults with Disabilities. In collaboration with other Agencies, Alfadila will set up evaluations, help with the open door at OPWDD and introduce Self Direction to children with special needs.

From 2020 to date, Alfadila Community Services has aided over 425 individuals and families with Disabilities.

Small businesses are the heart of all communities that provide economic growth, resources, and the community's identity. We provide small Businesses with the education and resources to legalize and update their businesses.
